Arctevity is building Infill AI, a new class of city-embedded infrastructure for production AI inference where outcomes matter. Infill AI delivers predictable cost, consistent performance, and reliable operation for institutions that depend on AI in real-world settings — for business operations, healthcare, academic research, and other important functions.

Infill AI is not a traditional data center. It is infrastructure designed for cities, leveraging underutilized space and fragmented urban power within existing buildings to create neighborhood-scale inference sites. These sites operate together as resilient, city-scale clusters, deployed incrementally and aligned with local demand.

Each site is a self-contained environment embedded within an existing building. Sites are modest in scale, use efficient cooling, operate quietly, and can repurpose waste heat to benefit co-located tenants or nearby buildings. This approach reduces dependence on distant infrastructure while enabling reliable, locally deployed AI with clearly defined fault domains and practical data locality.

Infill AI is built for the inference era, as AI demand shifts from centralized training to distributed, real-world use. By aligning with existing urban capacity, Infill AI enables local institutions — such as healthcare systems, universities, and businesses — to apply AI effectively.
