About Us

Founded in 2023 in Providence, RI, East Side Cheese & Provisions is the only full service, cut-to-order shop located in the historic Wayland Square neighborhood. The Providence-based owners, Angie and Jeff DiMeo, are previous specialty food consultants and the couple behind the popular Providence Date Night Instagram account.

East Side Cheese & Provisions offers over 100 types of the finest local, domestic and international artisanal cheeses in their 1,200 square foot space. Beyond cheese, the store features a selection of pantry staples and items that pair well with cheese including artisan cured meats, chocolate, crackers, preserves, pickled items, olives, ready-to-go drinks and more.

The shop has a focus on creating unique and beautiful cheese boards that are readily available to grab-and-go or order in advance online. The DiMeos are particularly excited about offering educational classes, tastings, pairings and fun events like Cheesy Bingo.
