Rhode Island Commerce Invention Incentive Program
The Invention Incentive is a reimbursement grant for RI small businesses and inventors that covers up to $5,000 of expenses incurred in filing a patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
We will be accepting applications starting April 25, with a deadline of May 26, 2025, at 5pm EST.
