Enrollment Data Specialist

Rhode Island College invites applicants for the position of Enrollment Data Specialist.
This is a full-time, calendar year, continuing position.

The Enrollment Data Specialist will be responsible for managing and-optimizing the Enrollment Management division’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - SLATE and the Student Information System (SIS) - PeopleSoft. The Enrollment Data Specialist will ensure accurate data entry, usage, and integration of information at the both the record and system level and use the information to streamline admissions processes and support strategic decision- making by contributing to comprehensive data management, analysis, and reporting. The Enrollment Data Specialist will report directly to the Dean of Enrollment Management and play a critical role in the division’s efforts to grow new student enrollment.

Required qualifications:

 
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven experience (1 + years) implementing, managing, and integrating CRM systems, preferably SLATE, and SIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft, in an Admissions Office.
Preferred qualifications:
 
  • Master’s Degree

Proposed Starting Salary Range: $68,000-$81,000/year.
