Are you a self-starter who takes the initiative to resolve issues? As the Service Desk Specialist, you will be a part of the first level on-site triage team to resolve technical issues for Boys Town users.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We are not offering sponsorships to applicants for employment visa status.
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of IT experience
Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
Helpdesk certifications (Windows, CompTIA A+)
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk)
Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, Beyond Trust) and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk)
