Crossroads RI's Women Helping Women Fundraiser Event on May 8
A special fundraising event by women for women.
Women Helping Women is one of Rhode Island’s most prominent networking events for women. This year’s event, held at the WaterFire Arts Center in Providence, offers great networking opportunities, impactful engaging content, and the opportunity to make a difference for local women in need. You don’t want to miss it!
- Hear about the critical work our frontline staff does to support women in temporary emergency shelter and housing programs;
- Listen to the story of a woman who has overcome her homelessness thanks to your help;
- Connect with other powerful women across the state; and
- Provide vulnerable women in our community with the help they need including shelter, housing, education and employment programs, and more.
This annual event brings together more than 500 committed women in support of Crossroads’ Women’s Shelter, Domestic Violence Program, and other essential programs for women experiencing homelessness across Rhode Island.
This year’s goal is to raise $200,000 in critical funding to help women experiencing homelessness.
