Join the HR team at Rhode Island College in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a member of our redesigned Talent Acquisition team you will execute the talent strategy across all position types with a focus on delivering a high level of service and an exceptional candidate experience.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is an integral part of RIC’s ongoing efforts to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain, talented employees who support the mission of the college. This role performs duties for full cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts for faculty and staff roles. The role also includes responsibility for special projects that support the employee experience.
Required qualifications:
Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or,
Minimum three (3) years of experience working in Human Resources, with experience in employment and recruitment practices and in managing multiple recruitment and selection processes
Preferred qualifications:
Full cycle recruiting experience including sourcing and interviewing candidates
