Rhode Island College invites applicants for the position of Coordinator, HR (Generalist). This is a full-time, calendar year, continuing position.
The Human Resource Coordinator (Generalist) will provide human resource generalist and technical support as needed on all classified and non-classified service transactional matters related to compensation, classification, leaves, recruitment and employment related administrative matters in compliance with State and federal law, Personnel Rules, CBA and college policy. Prepare, submit, monitor and maintain/track related documents and supporting material filed with DOA, State Payroll and college payroll. Assist the CHRO as needed on labor issues, employee relations and special projects. Perform related duties as needed or assigned.
